Noura leads MSA’s research function, bringing 14+ years of MERL experience and a passion for integrating systems thinking and behavioral science to effect meaningful change. Noura loves visiting new places, trying new foods, and laughing with her daughter.

Nikki has previously worked as a research assistant for non-government organizations in the Philippines. She currently supports MSA’s senior executives. She loves doing DIY crafts and is a certified coffee lover.

Conrad is a qualitative research enthusiast specializing in qualitative methods. He supports MSA's research team across projects. In his free time, Conrad loves writing, reading, and indulging in music.

Carolina is based in Porto Alegre, Brazil, and joined MSA in 2020. Holding a Ph.D. in Sociology and a master's degree in Political Science, Carolina is an experienced qualitative researcher and has worked on developing tools to measure relationships, trust, and cooperation. An avid coffee drinker, Carolina enjoys traveling, reading, and gardening.

Laura specializes in monitoring, evaluating, and disseminating learning for development interventions that aim to improve standards of living and foster resilient economies. She is part of our MEL team, and based out of Malawi.

Miriam is a Learning Advisor on MSA’s Feed the Future project in Uganda. She is a highly experienced MEL specialist and proud mother of four.
