The Monitoring, Evaluating, and Learning Activity (MELA) was designed to ensure USAID’s activities in Jordan achieve their intended results through monitoring and evaluation, strategic assessments, and CLA.

MSA led the market assessment of the water sector in Jordan on behalf of MELA. The market assessment covered three areas including current practices, future private sector opportunities, and lessons for future programming.
