This webinar from the ICTforAg 2023 Conference shares a summary of key findings from a Senegal ex-post study conducted 3.5 years following the closure of the USAID-funded Naatal Mbay Activity. While the study explored the extent to which four systemic changes supported by the Activity endured, and their relative scale and sustainability relative to program closure, this presentation specifically examines the durability of program investments in digitalization by small-scale rice farmers (e.g., estimating agricultural input needs, harvest volumes).
Given that funder investments in ex-post studies are uncommon, this presentation offers a rare opportunity to learn about the durability of ICTforAg following program closure.
