Washington, D.C.: United States Agency for International Development (USAID). Gender-based violence (GBV) is widespread, affecting people in every country and across every industry, income level, race, ethnicity, religion and education level. It affects women’s ability to access healthcare, benefit from income-generating activities, participate fully in political and civic life and contribute to economic growth.

This toolkit provides practical guidance for agriculture and MSD project technical staff, specifically focusing on GBV within the context of day-to-day agriculture programming.

This toolkit was originally published by the USAID Feed the Future Advancing Women’s Empowerment (AWE) Activity on Agrilinks on March 17, 2021.
