At a two-day event organized by the Donor Committee for Enterprise Development (DCED) and the BEAM Exchange in Nairobi, Kenya, MarketShare Associates (MSA) led an interactive session on adaptive management, feedback loops and the role of businesses in results measurement.
Drawing on drawing on practical field experience and rigorous research, the MSA team shared insights on how to listen to stakeholders fast enough and often enough to drive adaption, learning and impact. We shared learnings from our experience piloting methods to obtain more regular and fast beneficiary feedback with reduced time, cost and effort investment.
